Your client portal, explained

Every client gets a login. Here is what each tab does and when you would use it.

When you become a client we create a login for you. The portal is where everything about your work with us lives, so nothing has to be dug out of an email thread.

Signing in

Go to 1010collective.co.za/login and use the email and password we sent you. You can change the password from the Password button at the top once you are in. Add the site to your phone's home screen and it opens like an app.

The tabs

Overview — a summary: what is in progress, what is waiting on you, and anything overdue.

Jobs — every project, with the stage it is at: lead, prospect, in progress, done, invoiced, paid. When something ships, the links to it are listed on the job.

Services — the things you pay for monthly: hosting, support hours, a retainer. Each shows what it covers.

Quotes & invoices — every document, newest first. Accept a quote, download a PDF, or pay an invoice by card.

Statement — your account as a running ledger: invoices, payments, the balance, and what (if anything) is overdue. Always current.

Available to you — appears when we have offered you something specific, such as an add-on for your site. Request it from here and it becomes a lead on our side, already itemised.

Support — raise a ticket, follow the thread, see its status. This is how you ask for changes after launch.

Spec a new project — the same form as the public site, already linked to your account.

Things worth knowing

  • Everything in the portal is live — it is the same system we run the company on, not a copy.
  • Emails still go out for the important moments (a quote sent, a reply on a ticket), but the portal is the record.
  • If you have more than one person who needs access, ask us and we will add a login for them.
