Everything from a five-page site to a system that runs your business.
We don’t publish price lists, because the honest answer depends on what you need. Tell us the shape of it and you get a fixed, itemised quote within 1010 minutes.

- A support desk with a ticket history, not a WhatsApp scroll
- Retainer hours that keep the loop turning — changes, new features, next ideas
Included as standard
- Your own client portal — Sign in and see every job, what stage it is at, and the deliverable links when it ships.
- Quotes you accept online — A fixed, itemised quote lands in your portal. Accept it there and the job starts moving.
- Proper A4 invoices — Real generated PDF documents, emailed and downloadable — not a screenshot of a browser print.
- Statement of account — Every invoice, every payment, a running balance and what is overdue. Always current.
- A support desk — Log a ticket, see the whole thread and its status. Nothing gets lost in a chat group.
- Card or EFT payments — Pay an invoice by card straight from the portal, or by EFT with the banking details on the invoice.
What we can build with
- Modern web front ends — React and TypeScript, built mobile-first and tested on real phone widths, not just a laptop.
- Serious databases — PostgreSQL behind everything — proper relationships, constraints and reporting you can trust.
- Maps & location — Real spatial data: delivery zones, service areas, catchments and nearest-branch search.
- AI & semantic search — Search that understands meaning, recommendations, and answering questions over your own documents.
- Payments & billing — Card gateways, part payments, aging, and recurring monthly billing that runs itself.
- Email & documents — Transactional email and server-generated PDF quotes, invoices and statements.
- Integrations — APIs and webhooks into the systems you already run, so data stops being retyped.
- Built to be handed over — Documented, versioned code that is yours. Host it with us or take it anywhere.
Spec to live, on a clock.
Most agencies answer "how long will it take?" with a shrug and a range. We put a number on every stage, and we start the clock the moment you do.
- Full quote and proposal: 1010 minutes (about 17 hours) — from your spec landing — A fixed, itemised quote and a written proposal — every line priced, so you can see what to keep and what to drop.
- Working MVP preview: 1010 minutes (about 17 hours) — from approval and deposit — Not a mock-up or a slide deck. A clickable preview of your actual product, running, that you can pull apart and give feedback on.
- Live: 10 days & 10 hours (about 250 hours) — from your mvp preview — The real work: refining what you saw, wiring up integrations, securing and hardening it, and getting it launch-ready.
- The clock runs on our side of the work. It pauses while we are waiting on you for information, media, content or access to a third-party system — and anything that depends on somebody else, like an app store review or a payment gateway approval, runs on their clock, not ours.
The build is the beginning, not the deliverable.
- Client proposals — Scoped, written and itemised from the catalogue and the client’s own history — not from a blank page.
- Company profiles — A presentable profile assembled from what the business already says, sells and has shipped.
- Logo & brand packs — Vector redraws, lockups and full export sets — the 1 Stop Media pack on this site was made exactly this way.
- Social campaigns — Calendars, posts and captions in the brand’s own voice, using the product and media that are really there.
- Reports & analytics — Plain-language reports on what the numbers in the system are actually saying — and what to do about them.
- Market intelligence — Research briefs on the market, the competitors and the gap — anchored to your real positioning.
- Lead generation — Prospect lists, outreach drafts and landing pages that match the offer they point at.
- Ideas & prototypes — Brainstorms and test builds branched off the live project — try it for real, keep it or bin it safely.
The things people ask first
- Why are there no prices on the site?
- Because a number on a web page is a guess, and guesses are how people end up disappointed. A five-page brochure site and a five-page site with bookings, payments and a customer login are not the same job. Tell us what you need and you get a fixed, itemised quote within 1010 minutes — every line priced, so you can see what to keep and what to drop.
- How long does a project take?
- We put a number on it. A full quote and proposal within 1010 minutes of your spec landing. A working, clickable MVP preview within 1010 minutes of you approving the quote and paying the deposit. Then 10 days and 10 hours of refining, integrating, securing and hardening it for launch. The clock pauses while we are waiting on you for content, media or access to a third-party system, and anything that depends on someone else — an app store review, a payment gateway approval — runs on their clock.
- How can a quote possibly come back that fast?
- Because the spec form does the hard part. By the time it reaches us we already know what you are building, what it has to do, where it must run and roughly what you want to spend — so we are pricing a scope rather than chasing one. And because we build on MegaPixel, we are quoting against work we have done the shape of before.
- What actually happens in the 10 days and 10 hours?
- The unglamorous part that decides whether software survives contact with real users. Acting on your feedback from the preview, wiring up the integrations, hardening security and permissions, handling the edge cases, testing on real devices, setting up hosting, SSL, backups and monitoring, and loading your real content. The MVP proves the idea; this stage makes it something you can put your name on.
- Do I own the code?
- Yes. Once the project is settled the code is yours — host it with us, or take it to another team. There is no lock-in and no proprietary black box you have to keep paying to stay inside. Most clients stay for the loop, not because they are locked in.
- What happens after launch?
- The loop starts — launch is the beginning, not the handover. Most clients move onto a monthly plan (managed hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring and a set number of support and development hours) and keep iterating: you raise changes as tickets in your portal and watch each one land on the live product. And because the project stays on MegaPixel, new work can be made from what already lives in it — proposals, brand packs, campaigns, reports — grounded in your real content and data.
- Can you take over a site somebody else built?
- Often, yes — picking up a dropped thread is half of what we do. We audit what is there first and tell you honestly whether it is worth maintaining or whether rebuilding will cost you less over a year than patching it.
- Do you work outside Bloemfontein?
- We are based in Bloemfontein and work with clients across South Africa — the whole process, from spec to preview to sign-off, runs online. On-site work outside Bloemfontein is quoted with travel per kilometre, shown as its own line on the quote.
