"Social media management" can mean anything from one post a week to a full campaign. Here is what a month with 1 Stop Media actually contains, so you know what you are buying.
Before the month starts
A short call. We agree what the month is for — bookings, walk-ins, enquiries, awareness — and what we will measure. Then we send a content calendar: every planned post, its picture and its words, laid out by date.
You approve it. Nothing goes out that you have not seen. Changes at this stage are quick.
Week by week
- Week 1: the approved posts go out on schedule. We reply to comments and messages you have asked us to handle.
- Week 2: the first numbers come in. If something is clearly working we make more of it; if a post flopped we say so.
- Week 3: shoot day, if the plan includes one — new photos and short video for the following month.
- Week 4: the last posts run, and we start the next calendar so there is no gap.
Paid advertising, if you have it
Ads run alongside the posts. Two things we do differently:
- Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google or Meta. It never runs through our invoice, so there is no margin hidden inside it. Our fee is our fee.
- Tracking is set up before a cent is spent. Otherwise nobody can tell whether the ads worked.
At the end of the month
A one-page report in plain language: what went out, what it did, what we learned, and what changes next month. Not a dashboard of graphs you have to decode.
What we need from you
- Access to your pages (we will tell you how to add us safely)
- A quick yes or no on the calendar each month
- Any news worth posting — a new product, a special, an event
