How to pay an invoice (card or EFT)

Two ways to settle an invoice, how part payments work, and how to check your balance afterwards.

Invoices arrive by email as a PDF and also sit in your portal under Quotes & invoices. You can pay either way.

Option 1 — By card, from the portal

  1. Sign in and open Quotes & invoices.
  2. Open the invoice and press Pay now.
  3. You are taken to our card payment page (Yoco), which also offers Apple Pay and Google Pay. Pay the amount shown.
  4. You are brought back to the portal and the invoice updates itself to Paid.

The amount is worked out from the invoice balance on our side — you cannot accidentally pay the wrong figure.

Option 2 — By EFT

The banking details are printed on the invoice. Please use the invoice number as your payment reference so we can match it. Once it reflects, we record it and the invoice shows as paid in your portal.

Part payments

Paying part of an invoice is fine. The balance stays open and the statement shows what is left. When the last payment lands the invoice flips to paid on its own.

Checking where you stand

Open Statement. It lists every invoice and payment in order, keeps a running balance, and shows what is overdue by how long. If a figure looks wrong, raise a ticket under Support and we will look at it.

Note: The printed PDF and the on-screen version are the same document. If you ever see a difference, tell us — it should not happen.
